Room was clean
When booking on the net it does not make it very clear that the room needs to be paid for on arrival I was under the impression that the room was paid for after the reservation process No staff available after 21:00 there was absolutely no way of knowing what to do if i'd had a problem. It would have been nice to have been able to make a cup of tea / coffee (standard in travel lodge)

Key cards a little hit and miss, 5pm check-in a little late!

Good value for money accommodation - pretty basic but clean - good for a quick sleep.

Hotel could not cope at breakfast. Despite two requests, no bowl for cereal was supplied for over 15 minutes.
