"Of all the hotels I have stayed in over the past 5 years this offered bay far the worst value for money. It was overpriced, even taking into account it's location, and hugely underspecified. Added to this some of the facikities which should have been present were not. eg overbed reading lights where the sockets and switches were present but there were no light bulbs. The previous night I had stayed in a local Kyriad hotel which offered better facilities - both bedroon amd dining - for exactly half the price of the Ciotel" (97773314)
It offered an acceptable level of cleanliness and comfort
Position on the site. 'In room' facilities which were extremely poor
