Given all the construction in front of the hotel, it was difficult to negotiate the traffic, so if the hotel had mentioned this, we would have been aware of what to expect. The location, the view, the price, the staff.
Stained and dirty carpet, rundown bathroom, tiles and furnishings, tiny cockroaches in our friend's bathroom. I don't think we could have survived a week.

My only negative comment concerns the advertised late checkin time - for flights arriving mid morning the first thing you want to do is deposit any luggage as quickly as possible. Having said that, we booked into our room before mid-day without any problem. This hotel is well worth considering if you are planning a visit to Marseille!" (3304271709)
Excellent location. Staff very helpful and friendly.
I was concerned about the advertised 14:00 checkin. We managed to get our room a little before 12:00 and that was fine. Earlier checkin times would be useful, perhaps by special request.
