Good bathroom, excellent cleaning by maids.
The Kitchen was not adequate for self-catering - only 2 rings on the hob and a combi microwave oven was not good enough to cook a proper meal in. It was also extremely remiss not to make us aware of the building works taking place. We were not expecting to be woken up by drills and hammering in the morning and we were surprised that we were not offered a discount given what was taking place.
