The staff ie Yves, Christoff and Celine, we had a disaster whilst there and the afore mentioned people reacted superbly and went beyond the call of duty to help us.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The langauge barrier made it a challenge but they were enthusiastic to understand us and to help.
The Tour de France was in town and this was the only option left for a place to stay. I guess it is probably a one star and we paid for what we got. I would of rather paid more money to stay at a nicer hotel, however for 3 guys visiting just to see the Tour de France it served its purpose and the price was cheap.

it was quiet
it was a bit too small (to get from bed to bathroom) and it was smelling inside the room (like drains).

l'accueil, la propreté de la chambre et le parking qui n'est pas fermé et sécurisé.

petit déj. ok parking gratuit, pas de veilleur de nuit : pas facile quand on arrive en pleine nuit.
propreté des lieus et du linge de maison, la lumière dans la cabine de douche qui ce trouve sur le palier (s'eteint s'allume : jour / nuit) pas top pour prendre sa douche.

The shower was hot!
Cleanliness of room/sheets/bathroom was absolutely disgusting. This hotel was booked as it was close to the motorway. My husband and I planned to stay here on the way down to our main holiday in the Alps and again on the way back. We don't usually mind "slumming it" for one night stays as long as the hotel is clean. This hotel was not and as such we cancelled the booking to stay at the Balladins on the way back home and stayed at another hotel in St Quentin which was of the same standard but clean and much larger room and bathroom.
