Easy access to highway. Attractive building on the outside. Price/quality = good. Lovely view over the river.Walking distance to center of Orléans.
Very noisy on the road side and extremely warm in the room at night- unable to keep window open = noise.

Everything was excellent, ie service, rooms, internet access, parking, breakfast, value for money, location ie on the bank of the Loire and only 10-15 minute walking distance from the historic part of the city. An excellent place to stop off on the journey back from near Cahors to Calais
Off-looking (very brown) bananas at breakfast - otherwise breakfast was fine

Ideal position to explore the area and the city. Staff very helpful.Car parking facility was ideal for tourists.

Staff very helpful checking in and out process good. Room was clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast.The Hotel was ideally situated for the stop over & access to motorway for the onward journey.
Staff unable able to provide a map of Orlean city centre & dircetion/proximity to restaurants and shops. Only 1 bath towel. Plug in sink didn't work. The hanging rail was broken. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The young lady on duty at the time of our registration was extremely helpful and, most importantly, helped bridge our language gap...

None - except the usual issue with the restaurant not being open in the evening.

Very friendly reception staff. Convenient lift. Good breakfast with views of the Loire river. Clean bathroom with good shower.
Room was basic but clean. No tea/coffee making facilities.

Why can't we have hotel chains like this in the UK ... with staff who actually want to help you and give good service .. where even a simple breakfast can be be a good food treat... where there is nobody telling you what you can't do but rather is trying their very best to give you what you as the customer require." 1. Good clean, bright. modern rooms. 2. Very very helpful staff. 3. For a French hotel, it was very informal yet also polite and helpful. 4. Very convenient location .. could easily walk into town.

séjour assez agréable et l'hôtel n'est pas trop loin du centre ville
si l'hôtel n'est pas trop loin du centre ville et des commerces, il reste néanmoins assez loin de la GARE.

Discrétion et calme. Vue sur Saint-Laurent agréable (quand la chambre ne donne pas sur le parking, bien sur). Agréable surprise de savoir qu'il est mis à disposition un sêche-cheveux dans la salle de bain. Point très positif pour votre chaîne : tranche horaire de prise du petit déjeuner excellente (jusqu'à 11h) et possibilité de prise du petit déjeuner en chambre.
Insonorisation à revoir. Chauffage insuffisant par rapport à la saison particulièrement froide à cette période. S'agissant du petit déjeuner en chambre le sucre est insuffisant et les boissons chaudes refroidissent trop vite. Il serait souhaitable que le parking soit sécurisé. Il manque un siège dans la salle de bain.
