"not bad. Have stopped in most of Malmaison hotels in uk but this one is a lttle tired and frayed around the edges. Ready for a refurb in my opinion" (108945395)
Bar and Bistro staff very good service indeed. Nothing was too much trouble
dvd player in room wasn't working. reported it 4 times and not got fixed. Had to checkout with dvd still stuck in machine so lost it. Hotel reception not very apologetic but gave me car park for free.
