Accessable to public transport, clean, friendly,quite. excellent
No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Would have been nice to be able to make a hot drink

Near the metro. There are some coffee shops around.
I was looking for an adaptor and one of the staff on my first night said that they don't have ANY...The second night, the staff assigned took his time to look for one! He found one!! I think adaptors should always BE AVAILABLE at all times.
