  Clean, helpful staff, convenient location to the film festival

  When I booked online I was under the impression payment had been taken off the credit card. It hadn't and in no place on the print out did it say I would need to pay on arrival. This needs to be made more clearer. My mother's card (which I had used to book) couldn't be used and I had to use the majority of my spending money to pay for the room thus leaving me with very little for the weekend.

  Wifi gratuit qui fonctionne assez bien. Table de qualité avec buffets. Personnel sympathique. Isolation sonore correcte face à la route fenêtre fermée.

  Salle d'eau / sanitaires un peu étroits. Pas vu les indications de sortie en cas d'urgence, même l'escalier à côté de l'ascenseur n'est pas fléché (ou alors mal fléché). Entretien du radiateur/climatiseur ne semble pas fait; je ne l'ai pas utilisé mais ça m'interpelle toujours de voir aussi facilement les saletés qui s'accumulent au fil des ans dans ce genre d'appareil sans que personne ne vienne l'entretenir, le nettoyer. Un véritable nid à poussières et microbes.
