"The first hour after checking in went like this: Despite the room service menu stating that we could eat until mid-night, there was no hot food offered after 10.30pm. The television did not work. The internet did not work. The fridge/mini bar did not work. We were paying hugely inflated room prices because it was the Film Festival. When I spoke to the front desk about all the problems, they were so rude!" (99539223)
