Citotel Mg, Clermont-Ferrand - Reviews & Ratings"Hotel very small. Rooms adequate but our shower head would not stay in place. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. English breakfast was advertised when we booked but we were never offered this facility (even though we were obviously English). The surrounding area appears somewhat run-down and our room overlooked the very large Michelin factory, not very salubrious. There was nowhere near at hand to eat, we had to take the car into Clermont-Ferrand centre to get a meal." (99538801)

Poor area, no dining facilities open close by.

Citotel Mg, Clermont-Ferrand - Reviews & Ratings"We were very pleased with the accommodation especially after a 4 days stay in a Paris Hotel where the accommodation was very small, the bed on the floor and the bathroom so small that you had to get out of the bathroom to dry yourself and some of the staff not very pleasant." This led to water in the hotel being cut off thus no means of washing/showering after a long hot drive and also no breakfast available. This obviously was not the fault of the hotel but nevertheless it did badly affect our stay." (2468124)
The proprieter was very friendly and helpful.
The decor dingy and would benefit from brightening up.

Shower head came off & drench everything. Found difficulty finding heater control.

Excellent value for money. No coffee/tea making facilities but perhaps not to have been expected in France. Would have like two pillows instead of the tired one provided!! no complaints though." This hotel met these criteria. We were not aware that the hotel was closed for check-in until early evening. This did not inconvenience us too much but it is something that clients should be made aware of. (Some of the other hotels we stopped at in France also operate on this basis)." (991015)

Disponibilité des chambres bien que l'hôtel était fermé à ces dates. Et présence des gérants le matin pour nous préparer le petit déjeuner.
