Room was too warm and no air conditioning. We coul dnot open the window fully to let more air in

excellent service. staff superb and friendly. son in a golf comp and had to go early. night porter provided breakfast with no problem whatsoever. will definately be booking again next year.

No Lift,noise from air extractors,one should remember to relax one needs to enjoy quite conversation not overloud BAR music that only brings stress .Mattress topers should be available to guests .

Good location, clean room, delicious food. Clean fitness facilities.
"Runner" on end of bed had a decidedly dodgy stain on it. This was promptly dealt with when pointed out to staff. Tried calling reception a number of times one evening and it took approximately ten minutes for the phone to be answered. No water in the fitness centre.

Bright modern with good facilities. Good location.
The flush on the toilet in room 9 had to be used over and over again in order to empty the bowl.

Fabulous bed
Felt that we were being awkward asking for residents' bar - staff relucatant to serve after hours when we returned from the wedding. One of us was driving so this was why be used a hotel rather than B&B.

Good bedroom. Bar and restuarant area are very nice and on warm days it is pleasant to sit outside.
Difficult to get anyone on reception, normally have to wait until someone from the bar area sees you waiting and comes across.

Excellent service especially for daughters 40th party held in the Hotel that evening - . The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much for them.
Only one bad point - in the room itself, you need to put a mirror adjacent to the plug point, for ladies drying their hair!

Efficient and friendly staff; clean modern comfortable rooms.
Breakfast finished too early. 11am would have been a more suitable time on a Sunday. Had to get up at 9am if we wanted breakfast which isn't something we would do at home so why would we want to do it when staying away?
