The food is excellant, so are the staff
Room 233 was tired. Bed spread torn. No dressing gown, as previously available in this hotel. The shower was not to my liking, you could not stand under it, it was a hand help one.

spacious & clean with new jacuzzi
Bedroom too dark - perhaps in summer it would be more desired - but in spring - it was a bit dark and no overhead lights to brighten up the room.

Our room had no view and looked out onto a wall. Lighting was poor in the room - too dark. The restaurant was certainly very smart and uptodate. Our room was a suite and had two rooms with a very smart bathroom. Magnifying mirror is useful and many hotels we stay in have these for those who need to look smart for business but have poor eyesight. Bed was small for suite although it was comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows." (2630384)
convenient centre of Dijon, restaurant was very posh and food was excellent. a bit on the pricy side. staff in the restaurant should be more friendly and have a smile on their faces.
Internet was not easily available and help in sorting this was not offered. They said it was possible in the room but there was not a designated line / broadband/ wireless. This is a must for business clients.

Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre, literie et salle de bain très propres. Baignoire jacuzzi.
Chambre petite bien que nommée "Supérieure". Absence de bouilloire pour café et thé, ce qui n'est pas habituel dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Ventilation des sanitaires bruyante. Petit déjeuner avec choix limité.

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, rustig en schoon hotel, ligt heerlijk in het centrum dus je loopt zo naar leuke restaurantjes en terrasjes. Goede bedden, kinderen hadden uitstekende slaapbank.

Personne à l'accueil dans la journée très sympathique, bon petit déjeuner mais service lent.
Chambre très très bruyante : on entendait les conversations des voisins. Moquette couloir hors chambre sale. Je m'attendais aussi à un hôtel ancien - dans le style. Ne donne pas le sentiment d'être un quatre étoiles, hormis le restaurant ? non testé car trop cher.

pas de garage mais voiturier efficace table excellente avec un personnel très compétent
salle de bain très petite et mal équipée pas de programme télévision dans la chambre
