Location on the edge of a retail park, rundown seedy appearance of exterior -ONS-- HOTEL neon sign), strong smell of disinfectant, reception housed in a metal box with small hatch suggestive of previous violent attack and rather threatening, Receptionist very pleasant - we felt sorry for her having to work there. Parking not secure. Only £20 a night - it is very cheap. We did not stay and went to central Dijon Ibis which was nice.

Dirty rooms, they smell really bad, location is terrible, staff arent really helpful, price is low compared to other hotels, you can get better rooms in city centre for same price but are a lot better! The coffee from the vending machine was pretty good though!" (97622035)
Not much, It was very ordinary, the only good thing I ve got say is that the vending machine made an alright coffee
The room smelled, it was dirty, location is too far from city centre, noisy, overall a bad experience

Bonsai Hotel Dijon, Marsannay la Côte - Reviews & Ratings"location was bad.. in an industrial zone, next to motorway and railtrack.. the building shook when a train went by.... no aircon but could not open window because of noise.. so very hot and stuffy. with a mail address based on a small pretty village nearby there could have been a warning that this hotel was in an industrial area... also the hotel reception did not open until 5 PM.this could have been stated clearly on the receipt.. we arrived at 3PM!!" The room was clean and simple. Ample parking and friendly receptionist who was friendly, helpful and multi-lingual. Breakfast plentiful.
Shower head in room broken from wall but it did work. Unfortunately a group of young girls were also accomodated so then was much shreaking and banging of doors. With a bit of forethought perhaps they could have been accomodated in adjacent rooms.

Acceuil correct, personnel agréable et disponible, prix intéressant.
Chaffage mis en stand by, bloc sanitaire peu pratique, obsolète et en mauvais état de fonctionnement.
