"The towels provided were stained. There were NO plugs for bath or sink. Under supply of toilet tissue. At breakfast a toaster was provided but no sliced bread. Hot mik for coffee was placed in a Thermos flask and this BURNS the milk so it was bitter. No bowls were provided for Cerals and one was expected to eat from a CUP." (2445332)
