"what we initialy got was very disapointing,the apartment was awful,dirty damaged ,very careworn,nothing like the images shown when booking...however I phoned Active Hotels and spoke to the Hoteland Active Hotels did a magnificent job,communicated brilliantly and our apartment was changed to a very nice apartment after 2 days.We were most impressed by the actions of Active Hotels.Staff at Active Hotels and at Christian Sur are to be commended ,for a job well done" (97747770)
initially very poor standard,dirty,rusty bath,,damaged kitchen worktop....but things changed for the better,our apartment was changed after 2 days and it was very nice
