"A great place to stay, pleasant and helpful staff. Good facilities especially for a long stay. Made our stay in Madrid even more enjoyable. Well placed for the airport, metro and city center. We would certainly choose an apartment again over a standard hotel room - especially as it was no more expensive." (97911302)
The space to relax without sitting on a bed - the separate sitting room was great. The facilities in the kitchen enabled us to eat and drink as we pleased - not being in sync with the Madrid timetable!
The room was too hot due to the air conditioning not working. Opening the windows made the room noisy - particularly noticeable for us as we normally live in the country.
