  Proximity to town,beach and train are excellent, staff very helpful parked in area behind hotel for free. Breakfast was good rooms clean.Great location to visit Monaco and Nice. Good area for walking.

  Very well positionned near the seaside and train station.

  No parking places. Despite the fact that the hotel has a private parking that I used, the access is very dificult and the possibility to use your car whenever you need creates problems: you can not go inside/outside without hotel personnel help. Even to reach your car into the garage needs a personnel presence.

  The room bath is good. the only thing. the location it's ok.. close to the port, but nothing execellent. I recommend only when the room price it's cheap and you want to find an accomodation close to monaco.

  The hotel is kind of old. The lift is really old and small. the room has moquette, the doors are really thin and you can hear anything, from the bathroom, the neightbors. the bad is small and not very confortable. the tv signal is poor and the tv is located on the right hand side, on a little table. I had a room next to a building where people leaves. i woke up older people resident on the builing watching me. breakfast is not included and it's 9 EUR ??

  Such a hotel at this price, incredible. Especially, breakfast is very good. Staff is very helpfull and warm. I come to Nice or Monoca again i would stay Hotel Comte de Nice.

  The location could not have been better. Easily found, accessability to needed roadways. All our needs were met happily. We extended our stay to end our trip at Hotel Comte. So much fun, I am looking forward to visiting again!

  This is a small hotel which not so much of great facilities like those 4~5 starts hotel . However , the service with each of the hotel staff is really wonderful . Most important , they can speak English & it beneficiary to those who cant speak French in France .

  Very helpful friendly staff. Room was nice. Great location for Nice and Monaco.Very good Breakfast. The town was nice with lots of good restaurants. There was free parking on the street right outside the hotel.

  Helpfulness of staff.

  Arrangement of bathroom with the bidet so close to the bath - made it very awkward to get into the bath and there were no rails to help.

  Staff were wonderful, breakfast was great, location was good. Lovely hikes in the area, very reasonably priced. Excellent overall, would definitely return to this hotel! Was upgraded upon arrival to a standard room.

  hotel was in a very convenient position for travel by train to all places of interest along the coast, (quick and no parking problems) easy walk to several beaches,shops and restaurants. easy to find the way to drive along the mountain routes.the hotel was clean and friendly,it also served a good breakfast at the same price as local bars.

  no hairdryer in the room, but was available from reception,that was the only little thing that was missing.

  Good location - 10 minutes to port and beach, 5 minutes to center, quiet, always possible to find parking place. Room was fresh and clean. Free wi-fi in room.

  No hair dryer. Breakfast for 9,5 Euro is poor. Small room for 3 people - with extra bed there is no place at all, but we have been informed about that. No Russian channel on tv.

  Location was very good for sightseeing, Monte Carlo etc. Beaulieu sur Mer is very pretty, The staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Unfortunately we only had a brief one night stay, but our room was very good with a balcony and partial view of the sea. We needed a convenient hotel in Beaulieu sur Mer near where our friend lived and this was a perfect choice.

  The reason we close this hotel was that it had a secure carpark but when we arrived the receptionist was dubious as to whether there was room for our car even tough we had booked a space many months before. Fortunately we were able to park on the road for a lesser fee, quite near the hotel so it was not a problem but it could have been. Of course the street parking was not secure.

  The staff was very nice the whole time I was there. They even let me extend my checkout time until 3 pm (although they did not that this was an exception since no one was staying in the room that night). Also, they were very kind to me when I called them the day after I checked out to ask if they had found keys I thought I had left behind. The hotel's location is also very close to the train station, the market, a bakery and a grocery store. It's about at 10 minute walk to the beach.

  good price for the aera, central to city of beaulieu for ordinary shoping, near to the sea and the small beaches, rather for short stays
