Location A+,helpful staff,varied and good breakfast.quiet at night.WIFI excellent
area dodgy looking in evening but safe enough.noisy in early morning with cleaning etc.

Generally clean and adequate value for money service provided.
The staff are very in polite and certainely do not go out their way to provide assistance. The hotel is located right in the middle of Hamburg's red light district which may be quiet intimidating to some guests.
