hôtel très bien situé à funchal, toutes les chambres ont vue sur mer et la configuration de l'hotel en demi cercle assure une certaine tranquilité , beau complexe avec de belles piscines intérieures et extérieures, petite kitchinette dans les suites junior bien pratiques pour faire la cuisine dans la chambre , ménage impeccable et mise à dispo de linge de qualité .Personnel très professionnel malgré le grand nombre de touristes présent dans ce grand hôtel et toujours prêt à rendre service. Bravo!
Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont trop chers.

Common areas and swimming pools very clean Staff were friendly, with only a couple of exceptions Good location Good playroom for toddlers
Fridge/freezer wasn't working - arrived to find water all over the floor Childrens activies only for 4+ Creche wasn't staffed so couldn't leave the child there, which you would expect from a creche Babysitting costs made it prohibitive, so we couldn't go out at night Smell from the supermarket wafted across the swimming pool area and balconies No information book on hotel facilities in the room - had to explore and find things ourselves. Package guests got a tour, but non-package guests got nothing.

"useful bus service,free coutesy bus as well, good restaurants very close by serving variety of local food, easy walk down hill to Funchal. Enough to do in and around hotel.Friendly and informative staff. We would return for a relaxing break with our young daughter. Lovely pools.Spa looked so inviting. Balcony was great, huge suite, very comfortable and kept spotless!" (97632414)
upgraded to a suite, great view, lush grounds, very peaceful, it was our 4th holiday of the year. we are middle aged and appreciated the varied age group and nationalities of the clients
loo was a bit pongy which we reported and efforts were made to solve it.It was so clean, but so whiffy !
