Restroom was in bad conditions, bath and toilet also not clean, not hygienic, bad doors (seethrough sides, loud noises from outside during nights)

The steak was not much better. The breakfast was excellant. Your Staff were very very good and that helped get over any problems we may have had." (97279218)
The Internet was very important to us.The Hotel was excellant value for money. Thats why we stayed for 3 nights and tried to stay more but there was no accomadation available.The staff were friendly and always helpful. Our french was poor and the staff tried to make sure they understood what our needs were.
I felt that the rooms and the hotel was a little tired and it was time for an upgrade. Yes I appreciate that you offer value for money.

Clean, good bathroom facilities
Difficult to find for an international traveller/stranger to Amiens. Disppointed that only small plastic cups provided with jug in room.

Dirty sofa bed. No sheets provided for sofa bed. No toilet paper in bathroom. Shower only worhed with cold water. Only 2 bath towels provided for 5 guests in triple room. Toilet seat broken. Lock on toilet door broken. No apology or sympathy from staff when problems were brought to their attention. No night porter. Most worringly, no fire safety or evacuation information visible.

It was easy to find.
It was difficult to find our way back to the hotel from Amiens. THe way in which trhe manager oversaw breakfast - it was like having a guard present.

We were disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open as we were travelling on a motorbike and this would have been useful on all nights of our stay.

Rooms are clean and adequate.Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is continental buffet, but is varied and generous. Position is in the commercial/industrial north of the town. Although an easy car trip takes you into the centre, for restaurants and shopping. Don't miss the old town below the cathedral on the banks of the Somme." (97563268)

Easy check in even though it was 0130 in the morning. Secure parking meant we could leave some of our luggage in the car.

Looking forward to making this our stop over again from our home in Spain as it is so close to the Channel ports. Kyriad Hotel Amiens, Amiens - Reviews & Ratings"The hotel is a compact budget hotel which was comfortable and quiet. It is on a Centre Commercial with a number of shops on the site including a large Carrefour supermarket and petrol garage. We were visiting the World War 1 memorials and it was convenient to travel the 12 miles to Albert, but also only 1 hour to the coast and St Valery sur Somme. Breakfast was good and the restaurant had a varied menu for dinner. Amiens is a lovely city and there are also lots of interesting things to see and places to visit in the vicinity." (99682184)
Very convenient for the road network on the outskirts of Amiens but only 5 minutes into the centre of the city.

The accomodation was fine and what one expects for the money!
The staff were not that friendly and did not have local knowledge-mainly because they seemed to be non-French!The Restaurant was shut on the Friday which is fair enough but so was the bar!! So we had to go into Town Centre which is a 12 Euro Taxi ride plus tips.

Proximity to Carrefour which allowed prolonged wine selection.
Toilet didn't work very well. Locked out guests using their car horns repeatedly at 2am. Restaurant closed at weekend.

We found the hotel easily even though we had lost our map as it was just off the Amiens Nord turn off and easily visible from the road at night. Our 3 children were comfortably accommodated in 3 separate beds in another room.There were tea /coffee making facilities in the room and the bathroom contained a hairdryer. There were plenty of towels. The breakfast was really good with loads of food and plenty of choice which set us up for the day. We felt this hotel was excellent value for money and would use the chain again." (99258208)
The hotel had everything we needed after a long journey and a week's camping holiday. The bathroom was well equipped and the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Convenient for the motorway; shops (supermarket) at same location.
You need to drive into town or get a cab - it is a 5km walk otherwise.

The hotel was easy to find, the staff very friendly. Overall we would use the Kyriad chain of hotels in the future.
Unfortunatley we were not informed that the restaurant would be closed and had to travel by taxi into the town for a meal.

Very friendly staff whose English was better than our French! Tidy facilities and comfy rooms with good decor.
Booked two rooms 6 months prior to use as we are a family of five. Rooms were on separate floors at opposite ends of the hotel. Not ideal but manageable as the hotel was fully booked. The boys stayed with Dad (Lions Den) and Mum stayed with the girls (Butterfly House).

Kyriad Hotel Amiens, Amiens - Reviews & Ratings"It would have been useful to know when we booked that the reception is closed after 9pm on Sunday evenings as we were expecting to arrive at around 9.30pm. It was only by chance that I phoned in advance to see if the restaurant would still be open (it wasn't) and it was then we were given the access code to get in - otherwise we would have been stuck! After more than 6 hours on the road, we were a bit disappointed to find that the bar was also closed when we arrived and there wasn't really anywhere nearby to go for a drink. But, this is only a minor point - the room was very comfortable and it was good value for money for an overnight stop. We would certainly use them again." (99678797)

Kyriad Hotel Amiens, Amiens - Reviews & Ratings"The hotel is conveniently situated and easy to find. There is a large free car park and the hotel is located in a commercial retail centre which has a hypermarket, petrol station, shops and cafes on site. It lies very close to major routes, so it provides a good base for exploring the local area, particularly the Somme battlefields and memorials. It is also within easy reach by car of Amiens town centre, which is very pleasant and offers lots of interesting sights and good places to eat. There is a restaurant at the hotel, although we only used this for breakfast. The food was of a high standard, with lots of choice and we were free to help ourselves to as much as we liked. The hotel staff were welcoming, polite and helpful and we would certainly use this hotel again if we revisit the area." (99827686)

We had a room for three, but it was not big enough for the three beds and still get to the bathroom without some inconvience
