"We really enjoyed your hotel and would not hesitate to come again. Several small issues which did not impact on our stay but may be helpful, contrustive points as follows. Plug was not attached to chain in wash hand basin, should be picked up by chamber maid. Please check behind shower door, small black stains. We last stayed at Malmaison and much preferred your hotel for its intimate family home feeling" (97764542)
Greeting very good. Overall impression, beautiful decor rooms and very helpful staff, intimate home from home feeling.
Breahfast choice and quality very good, I appreciate it was cooked to order but took a little longer than to arrive than we hoped. We had a train to catch and had allowed one hour for breakfast and had to rush our food.
