Main areas clean. Nice Decor Buffet breakfast was plentiful
Room missing tea/coffee facilities. A member of Staff blunt/rude when asked for..... Room not properly cleaned. Dust/hair along side bed and bedside Very unimaginative and unattractive evening menu for a capital city hotel. So we were forced to eat away from hotel..

Comfortable,friendly & helpful staff,very clean,modern hotel providing excellent B&B within quite easy reach of the centre.
Only failings were poorly lit (our room),wardrobe length too short (for dresses)& not totally defrosted 'bar-meal'(it was quite late in the evening)on arrival.

"Parking is available under the hotel so just park outside and come into reception. Rooms are fantastic quality. You can walk to the main areas in 20 mins and it's a nice enough walk between shops and leafy streets." (97285278)
The staff on the front desk were fantastic. Extremely helpful even though most of them were Sporting Lisbon fans and their team had lost to ours!! :-)
Nothing. 5 star for 3 star UK prices.
