I enjoyed option of a self catering unit offering me the flexibility to eat when one wishes to do so. The staff was friendly and very helpful." (99045984)

the staff were very helpful
the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for a long time!Awful pillows. Bit of a walk to get anywhere.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Too hot, not even a fan available on request. Too expensive - we changed to a hotel nearby with AC and a pool for the same price.

But bathroom was adequate and clean. The apartment complex has no style, nor lift (terrible if you have baggage which you must carry up the stairs alone). Genrally not somewhere one goes when looking for a home away from home!. The Kitchen lacks crockery i.e no cups for tea only glasses!" (3304849242)
This is a very average appartment although clean it lacks style and is set behind the emergency entrance to the hospital out of town - but in walking distance. It is just very average,

La résidence est bien située : pas trop loin du centre ville à pied et accessible facilement par la route.
Une des porte-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse ne se vérouillait pas = manque de sécurité

"I really enjoyed the holiday, and the above are just little niggly things. We coped without the kettle, using a pan and although I had forgotten my hairdryer, I managed without. The location was good, not far from the town centre using the short cut, and we found a lovely french restaurant 5 mins walk away. Excellent. As mentioned above, I would have liked to know if the room was double or twin. I actually was under the impression there was a separate bedroom, and it would have been nice to know beforehand if there was a balcony or not." (97365973)
The accommodation was basic but clean and adequate. Good kitchen area with good selection of pans, dishes and utensils. Table and chairs for meals and a TV in the room.
There wasn't a kettle, toaster or hairdryer, which all would have been handy. Also, the blanket on the bed was a bit tatty. Although the beds were twin beds, they were made up into a double with one set of sheets, although we were not advised whether it was a double or twin room and the company were not aware that we were a couple. I think also a change of towels mid week for a long stay should be included.
