The rooms were beautiful and spacious with luxurious decor.

Average breakfast. Hotel is not easy to find but that is the geographical nature of Venice rather than a fault.

beautifully decorated room and really clean. good breakfast and plenty of food. staff were really pleasant and helpful

Nothing. If I had to advise travellers about any thing it would be that the hotel is in a very narrow passgeway which could be intimidating when they first arrive, but is soon dispelled by what follows.
