Pool and some excellent staff
Some poor and un helpful staff. Missed early morning call due the night porter being asleep on the sofa.

Novotel Toulouse Aéroport, Toulouse - Reviews & Ratings"Spacious room.Comfortable bed and seating. Quiet despite proximity to main roads. Convenient to have bathroom separate from W.C. Alarm call was on time. Very good breakfast served from a very early hour for making an early start. Availability of room between sensible hours i.e. midday to midday Parking secure and plentiful." Very convenient for our appointment at Purpan Hospital
One side of the bed was too close to the wall.

localización el hotel y la falta de conocimiento de idiomas por parte del personal del hotel y que por defecto al pedir habitación te seleccione como de no fumadores

"Apart from the shower good" (107721113)
Friend, clean hotel with all the facilities you require for overnight stops with the added bonus of a swimming pool.
Tho only downside was the bathroom and in particular the Bath/Shower. The shower area was small and shower curtains are always a pain.It did,nt help when the shower would not stay on the wall and had to be handheld.
