  Easy to locate, garaging adequate, Staff very helpful, Good room fascilities.

  "Overall, the stay was very comfortable. The restaurant, a few yards away, was somewhat disappointing. Location superb with lovely view across the river." (99288888)

  Comfort, cleanliness and generally helpful staff.

  Coming out of the room and getting covered in dust from decorators rubbing down paintwork outside the room. There was no waste paper basket in the main room.

  The lady on the front desk was excellent and spoke very good English

  Having to pay for the car-park when it was the hotel's car park!

  "Nice stay which I would repeat, very nice location easy to find but something needs to be done about these noisy rooms. The locked garage is a bonus. The city of Auxerre a gem." (3304555747)

  My room overlooking the river was too noisy and so was my son's next to mine, something needs to be done about the double glazing.

  "The helpfulness of the staff compensated for the somewhat tired appearance of the hotel - although the breakfast room was quite nice. But overall, room was clean, bed/linens crisp and comfortable, and appliances were all working. Would recommend with caution not to over-expect more than this." (2933628)

  Easy to locate, convenient location, nice view over water, public parking right across the street. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

  Hotel is looking a little tired and dowdy for a three-star.
