  "Overall I have to say that the stay was remarkably good. " (97288082)

  Rooms were neat and clean. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was outstanding

  The only poor point was the air conditioning. It was cooler to open the windows than run the air conditioner. I have breathing difficulties and air conditioning is important to me and the baby sleeps more comfortably in air conditioning. So this was a poor situation

  "Great value in close proximity to FCO airport. Excellent restaurants (and grocery stores) within walking distance. Wonderful breakfast buffet." (97634662)

  VERY helpful gentleman working the desk the day we checked in. Excellent restaurants within walking distance/grocery store within walking distance. Great breakfast buffet. VERY convenient to Leonardo D.Vinci Airport.

  Carpets and bedding in rooms and in hallways although clean, were in definite need of refurbishing.

  "Great, convenient place to stay near the Rome airport or if you wanted to visit the ruins or beaches in the area. Full breakfast. Since they are marketed as a place near the Rome airport, I suggest on their web site they state they have no regular shuttle service or at least have an email address to allow further detailed inquiries. That would have been helpful. Turns out cab fares were really steep and so it was a good thing we had the option of keeping our car another day and could drive ourselves over." (99592647)

  It was indeed very convenient and close to the airport as previous reviewers had indicated. The staff was very helpful (and spoke excellent English, though they let me practice some Italian :). The restaurant they recommended across the street was one of the best on the trip - an unassuming, local hangout with excellent food, service and staff. Directions they posted were very good (wished they had added mileage for more guidance).
