Location
Hotel room worn down. Loose items in bathroom. Noisy (party next door). Less than average breakfast. Room not prepared (3 beds) according to agreement.

"I had asked for early check in as we came from Dublin at 6am We arrived in hotel at 11.30. I accept that , but after queueing for an hour at 3pm ,my chip on visa card did work and they would not give me keys for room even though I said I would go to Bank machine afterwards. I then had to traipse around outside in the rain and because I had taken my alotted money out and banks were closed I had to go back and explain to girl in desk again and told gher to hold my passport with 100 euros until the next day. The girl at desk accepted this and was ok about this then. The girl was only doing what the hotel wanted but I was tired and the two girls I was with were exhausted and worried. This is not a good introduction to people who arrive as guests to your country. Iwas disappointed for them and hopefully things will change." (108088518)
Breakfast was very good, and room was clean
check in disasterous// everyone queueing at same time 3pm and staff at counter in bad mood.
