It was centrally located and near the train station,otherwise I didn't like the area very much.
I had no hot water either day I was there. The young man on the desk the night I arrived was very nice and helpful. The woman on the desk the morning I checked out completely ignored me when I told her about the hot water.

Petit hotel sympatique , propre , receptionnistes agréables et souriants .
chambre un peu petite mais pour ce qu'on y fait , convient très bien . a noter que la douche + sanitaires sont sous forme de cabine dans les chambres .

la chambre était agréable, l'hotel bien placé et très propre
La chambre n'était pas assez insonorisé et un double vitrage protegerait mieux des bruits de la rue. Le store était difficile à descendre (chambre 506)

Situé au calme dans une artère propre commerçante à 3 minutes à pied de la gare et 3 minutes à pied de l'hypercentre. Accès très facile en train et tram. Pas besoin d'une carte pour trouver l'hotel. Ouvert toute la nuit (accès surveillé).

pas loin du centre ville, pas besoin de prendre de tram, tout peux se faire a pied

"Great staff! Internet service problematic. Street a bit noisy." (108521279)
Every member of the staff had a wonderful attitude, which really made my weekend in Strasbourg very good. Merci! And everything was very clean. The location near the train station was also a plus for me.
The internet service comes from Orange France and, despite the high cost of EUR 15 for the weekend, did not work properly. It suddenly refused to show me pages and asked me to login with my password. When I entered my password, it told me, "You are already connected." but still refused to let me surf. I finally figured out that the only way to get the service back was to disconnect for five minutes (not less!) and then log on. This happened about every ten minutes or so, which was quite frustrating. I think the receptionist said something about this service being improved someday. The only other "bad point" was that the street outside the room could be a bit noisy. Bring earplugs if you go to sleep early or sleep late in the morning.
