Frau Viola Ittemann im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und besitzt Klasse in Ihrer Aufgabenerfüllung, sehr wertvolle Mitarbeiterin.
Personal an der Reçeption ist unfreundlich und kümmert sich nicht um die Bedürfnisse der Kunden. Buchung war ganz klar für zwei Personen, Im Zimmer fanden wir lediglich Service für einen Gast.
