helpful and friendly staff, they were prepared to go the extra mile, value for money, food was excellent and having off street parking was a bonus.
Bar prices on the high side IE £8:10 for 2 normal gin and tonic.

Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre South, Glasgow - Reviews & Ratings"the staff were great the room was clean, warm and comfortable.. the meal although enjoyable wasnt as good as last year.. " (107996260)
staff were extremelly helpful and friendly. the room was cosy and i liked that you could control the temperature in your own room..
i would have liked more coffee, tea, milk etc i did ask staff for more which was given without any hesitation..we were saying at the hotel because my daughter was auditioning for the x factor and we were told she had a call back the next day at 7.30 am which unfortunately meant we couldnt have breakfast as it didnt start until 7.30..

Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre South, Glasgow - Reviews & Ratings"Very good" (107404815)
We were very pleased with our room. It was warm and comfortable and nice and quiet. The shower was excellent.
Although non smoking could smell stale cigarette odours on entering the toilet area. Enjoyed the shower but enclosure could do with being bit longer to save water from going on floor - not a problem but more work for cleaner. Nice to have had a biscuit for tea.

Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre South, Glasgow - Reviews & Ratings"Disappointed, as above." (108079609)
Hotel clean; suited the purpose of our trip.
Very disappointed as the hotel had no note of our reservation. Luckily they had spare rooms, but it cost us more than was quoted by Active Hotels. Would have been very inconvenient if the hotel didn't have a room for us.

Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre South, Glasgow - Reviews & Ratings"Enjoyed our stay very much. Will use this hotel again." (107217021)
The room was modern, roomy and light. The decor was up-to-date as was the shower room. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent and competatively priced. You could pay for either a cooked breakfast or quicker tea/coffee and toast. 10 - 15 minute walk from the Carling Academy. Reasonably convenient fro getting to Argylle/Buchanan St.
The shower temperature seemed to alter particularly if someone ran the cold tap.

Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre South, Glasgow - Reviews & Ratings"Apart from the above problem we were completely satisfied with our stay as we have been on previous breaks." (97273965)
Staff were very helpful at both bar and restaurant where we ate on 2 nights. Food was excellent.
Our first room was on the 1st floor and we reported that the toilet was not flushing properly. As there was no maintenance staff on duty they moved us to a room on the 3rd floor and it had exactly the same problem. There seemed no point in moving room again. The hotel obviously has a problem with water pressure and I would assume you are already aware of this problem.

Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre South, Glasgow - Reviews & Ratings"+ Excellent large comfortable rooms. Good value for money. - When booking I asked for a quiet room. Although I arrived early, the one I got was immediately above the main entrance where smokers congregared until 4.00am. I asked for a room change straight away but was told this wasn't possible. Felt that the manager couldn't be bothered." (97205317)
Lovely refurbished new rooms - spotlessly clean and very comfortable
Not having much sleep. Excessive noise.
