Staff friendly, polite and professional. Food good, very clean and great value for money
One negative was the disco on Xmas Party night - unfortunately, too much clubland music played despite requests to DJ. Did not tarnish our overall stay but there were far too many people by the bar, sitting down talking and not enough on dance floor which say it all.

Staff were very good, especially the bar staff, food was good, both the bar food and the full english breakfast. Both bedrooms and public rooms comy and decorated to a high standard. Good secure car parking.
Very young children in the bar at 9pm, causing a nuisance, there should be a policy in place to prohibit young children in bar areas

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The leisure facilities were of a good standard.At breakfast the cold buffet was fairly good
The cooked breakfast was not of a good standard . Dinner in the restaurant was poor I had to send my main course back (risotto) as it was over cooked. Thefront of house including the breakfast staff appeared surly and unfriendly, there was however an exectption the two young barmen who were friendly and chatty. I appreciate the need to employ staff fron EU countries however they should recieve training in greeting guests and to smile at paying customers, politeness goes a long way.

1. I was told my reservation had not been made even though it had been booked; my full name was used, but the staff could neither find it on their lists nor were able to differentiate between the surname and first name. 2. I had to wait 20 minutes on a quiet evening in the Restaurant before my order was taken. 3. Even though the Company credit card details had been provided, the staff were not made aware of it and sort therefore to charge me direct. 4. The bill was incorrect; I was charged for breakfast even though I was paying a fully inclusive rate, but not charged for the dinner. 5. I had to wait at Reception whilst the staff struggled to resolve the problem was simultaneously booking out others. This made me late for my appointment.

The hotel was lovely, great location with excellant facilities.
The only bad thing which was a bit annoying was that there was a lamborghini club staying at the hotel so on the saturday night we were unable to eat in the restaurant at the hotel. Thought this was really bad.

Nice bar and the restaurant food is also excellent. Shame the same can't be said for the breakfast which was poor, stodgy and cold. Plenty of parking and very safe. Stratford Manor - A QHotel, Stratford-Upon-Avon - Reviews & Ratings"I hadn't realised how modern the hotel was. It lacked character and felt 'very corporatey' and vanilla in style. When visiting such a beautiful part of England with old towns like Warwick and Stratford plus the countryside, I'd prefer to stay somewhere with with some character. It was however comfortable, clean and very practical for what we needed." (99180253)
Very clean with a great bed and nice bathroom. The leisure facilities were great and the staff were all very professional.
There were no on-demand films available or good choice of TV channels.

Sweet very disappointing too. Bar meals were fine but it is nicer to relax in the Restaurant!! (what has happened to our 5 fruits and vegies daily in this respect!!) Our room was a good size well decorated and very clean,however this is a four star hotel and i was a little disappointed that there was no bottled water in the room (we stayed in June and room was very warm) also no bath robes which i feel gives a hotel that personal touch. Although we enjoyed our stay i felt that this hotel is more geared up for the professional businessman/executive and as we were using it for a leisure it was lacking in atmosphere." (99059003)

The contemporary look of the bedrooms + the leisure possibilities!
We were disappointed to find that there was no dinner served on Saturday night (due to a function). When we asked the following night, we were told it was too late to book (8 pm!) so had to get food from the bar...

The room was modern,which is good for young people. Most of the other hotels are old fashioned which obviously isnt to everybodys taste. The gym had really good equipment too.

A great peaceful location, not too far from a major town. Very helpful and polite staff. Spacious rooms and clean bathroom.
Slighty concerned when I found red stains over my duvet cover but we were promptly offered another room. Also, a 4 digit pin number is required when leaving the car park, we could have been told this once we'd checked in instead of having to drive back to reception to obtain this number.

We did note that we had to help several older people with using their room key cards as it had not been explained to them at reception, both us & several other wedding guests had also not been directed as to how to operate the door key cards. Stratford Manor - A QHotel, Stratford-Upon-Avon - Reviews & Ratings"the restaurant was lacking in direction, the food was formal yet the attitude of the staff was very informal, and seemed half hearted in there duties. breakfast was the worst meal of all, due to nobody seemed to have specific duties, so the basics were forgotten i.e. the welcome and seating, somebody to give us information on what the procedure was. plus nobody seemed to be fetching drinks and toast for the guests, unless the guest asked for them. The rooms were very clean and the check in process was both easy and friendly. The onsite leisure facility was very good, one of the best gyms within a hotel I have stayed in. The staff couldnt of been friendlier.The swimming pool was loved by our 3 yr old. The restaurant staff were really friendly.The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, we could of done with staying a little longer.
There was no airconditioning, even though they had refitted it. They would of benefitted by not having new plasma tv instead of ac.In our case we had to leave the windows open all night, There was a summer ball that kept us awake(including my 3 yr old)til 2am on the friday night and the sat night.I had to ring rec to complain about the noise and swearing not what you would expect from a idylic country hotel.We arrived home like zombies.I did speak to the manager(who was very sympathetic and nice) and he arranged a meal and some tickets to a local attraction.We did come home feeling like we need another break.

It was so relaxing that didn't even fell we wanted to venture out in the evenings to dine. Which was the right thing to do as the food was a pleasant experiance at reasonable cost - try the deserts (very entertaining). Breakfast was set up early to allow the F1 fans an early start with a full stomach. Great gym, good pool, grounds were well maitained and the staff put themselves out for you. 10/10" (3304114838)

Everything was excellent !
When booking asked for a smocking room was given non-smocking but had unpacked before we realised as staying only one night did not bother to ask for a change. Our room was by the road so was a bit noisy from passing traffic.

Very comfortable hotel with good facilities. Excellent restaraunt for dinner, and breakfast was superb. Not a hotel for visitors expecting to be on the doorstep for a walk into Stratford, but excellent choice for anyone looking for a quiet location only a short drive away if having own transport.
Only criticism is that there is no separate lounge area available for guests who wish to sit away from the bar.

The room was nicely decorated and furnished in modern style. The reading lights by the bed were very useful. Cleaning was excellent. All staff were pleasant and friendly.

the accomadation was very modern and clean.the room had everything you need eg hairdryer,trouser press,iron and ironboard,kettle with cups and sachets of tea, coffee, and chocolate with biscuits.bathroom was lovely. we stayed for 2 nights and the towels were changed each day we were their. they also left body wash,soap,shampoo and shower cap.you could also order food and drink to your room.the staff treated you as if you were special and we would definately return!
nothing!everything in the accomadation was ammaculate i would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and we will hope to return one day!

The new ones were great, the older ones not bad, but tired by comparison...ask for a new room when booking! The staff, without exception, were cheerful, friendly and helpful and came across as really wanting to make our stay a great one - I would definately stay here again." (3304276048)
We had one of the refurbished rooms, which was stylish, comfortable with lots of good touches - like the directable reading lamps over the bed.
Install a shower screen instead of a curtain around the shower - the curtain made the shower really narrow and it kept sticking to me!

Staff were extremely helpful,friendly and professional. Facilities for travel with a dog were very good, including ample outdoor space for exercise.Dog made welcome. Food very good, both dinner and breakfast,as was service.
