We got a room in the basement. I had expected to get a room with some kind of view, but we only saw a fence at the terrace. it felt like we were in prison... The food at the pool was very bad, the service poor and the prices too high.

"We asked if we could get a light dinner for our children one evening but they were not willing to prepare something that was not on the menu. They were so unhelpful that we were forced to leave and go outside for dinner." (99494116)

Cleanliness and adequate space in room

Poor staff performance. Not very accomodating towards children. Not very helpful at reception desk when asked for information
