  service was good secure car parking

  no air conditioning in room .tv made a buzzing noise at intervals during the night even turned off

  The room was well equipped and very clean. Good car parking and friendly, helpful staff.

  The fitness centre was good but would benefit from a refurb! At breakfast the food was really nice, but when we went for it they had run out of everything so we had to wait while they cooked fresh.

  "The warmth, pleasantness & efficiency of the Restaurant Staff could not completely hide the fact that the Chef still appears to have much to learn, and I refer to the 'green salad'. The rest requires re-definition of the word 'Ordinary'." (3304806901)

  We outwitted the misleading directions and found it anyway.

  It was easy to gauge the size of each truck that trundled by our Window (after 02.30) by the noise levels. By 06.30 we were almost 100% accurate !

  "lovely hotel pricey but fair value for money but why do these hotels have fitness suites when most business travelers do not use them but pay for them somewhere.The best and fairest way should ask if you need these facilities and charge. The breakfast is very good served by lovely people and opens for the business traveller at a sensible time we were served at 6.45am now thats a result would i stay there again? absolutley yes" (2938857)

  "The picture of the front of the hotel on the website does not do it justice, I feel a picture of the reception area and lounge area would make the hotel much more inviting. Although situated on a main road the traffic noise was minimal, however, I would suggest that each room is possibly fitted with a ceiling fan as the room was extremely hot." (2139089)

  The staff were very helpful and friendly, saw to your individual needs as required. The hotel was very clean and peaceful which was excellent

  The rooms were in good decorative order, I did not find anything personally that I felt needed to be improved

  "very disappointed in the costly upgrade of the room from double to superior as it is only the size of the bed that is different!the cleanliness of the room(thanks to Viv and Tracy) was wonderful.breakfast was great.every time that someone had a shower or flushed the toilet in the room next door we could hear it."   "good for a short break, but would not use as a venue for a business trip for a week or longer," (1461344)

  good breakfast, but staff each day started to pack away plates, drinks and food well before people finished. also sooner than they were supposed to

  as above, plus no late night room service...food menu and room service costs very hight. in fact higher than 5/5 star hotels in major cities
