very friendly staff, plenty of towels.
The showers were a nightmare, they didnt run properly-too hot or too cold.

staff were friendly. 2 double beds in the room.
Didnt look like it did on the internet at all. room wasnt that clean. wallpaper was coming off the walls. not enogh pillows. too small room. faultly avertised and no toilet per 1 room.

The shared facilities such as shower and toilets were kept immaculately clean. The room was cosy and very well maintained. There was plenty of tea and a variety of other beverages, as well as biscuits to snack on, provided in the room.

hotel was clean, and somewhere to stay
the bed was hard uncomfotable room was small with an electric heater in the corner because the radiator didn't work. The shower didn't work it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. no breakfast available. the room was tiny. the tv was on top of a 7ft high wardrobe.

seperate bedroom for children
Not a pleasant area.No toilet or shower in room.Shower room inadequate difficult to operate not a real shower some kind of a electic box to heat water with a hand held sprayer,previous guest left room a nasty mess.Only parking is on the street where someone key scratched the hood of our rental car.Room was very warm and stuffy no fan window opens to alley and roof to air.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The parking permit was very useful as it saved a lot of money. It was also nice to have access to freeview and to be given a key so we could come and go as we pleased.
The shower although functional was difficult to turn on and off which could be a problem for some guests. Also window in room did not seal shut so therefore some outside noise could be heard.

decore needs updating no central heating so had electric fire which was faulty cold tap in room was hard to turn off and one tiolet and shower for all 5 or 6 rooms was not enough
