The accommodation and room was clean, good - the bed was an excellent size although the room lighting could have been slightly better. The reception & bar staff were excellent. The breakfast room staff could have been better.

It was nearly impossible to get into the serving room to help yourself. It might have helped if the waiters had brought our tea or coffee to our table and eased the conjestion round the food area.The next day, breakfast was fine - and all other meals in the hotel were really enjoyable." Clean, comfortable, excellent food.All staff friendly and helpful.
There were a lot of guests staying after a wedding on saturday night and car park was full. Friends joining us for an evening meal could not park.They had a disabled badge but as far as we could see there was only one disabled space and that was taken.

Very friendly staff, rooms were spotless.
The only small complaint i had was the dividing walls between rooms were not properly insulated enough for sound and you could hear the tv next door.

The room had effective double-glazing, which was fortunate since it looked out onto a main road. Fortunately the weather was not so hot that I had to have the window open at night. Restaurant is not large, and the hotel reccommends that you book a table for dinner. The pool is relatively small and closely walled in" (3305122787)
Room was spacious, staff were helpful and courteous, food was tasty and came in generous portions
Room was poorly lit - only one small window, and too few, too weak lights. A keycode was required to get out of the carpark, but there were no obvious signs and this was not mentioned at check-in.

It was very handy for Donington Park, as we had come to see the British MotoGP. Breakfast was self service which is great when you need to stick to a time frame in the morning, as there was no waiting to be served.
Road Noise, although I realise there is little that can be done about this, being on the main road through town.

Easy to find and just off the M1. Accomodation (room) comfortable and clean. Food good. Not noisy.
The car park was full of people attendiing a seminar so finding a parking space was not easy.
