Location and acces to the city centre, very close.
Parking, YOU PAY, Breakfast, YOU PAY, Internet, YOU PAY, to receive a fax, YOU PAY - Please remember when you pay £69 for a room in reality it becomes £98 a big difence I feel. But other than the above a great place to stay

Hotel is central to my business needs, and has the main facilities required for an overnight stay. The staff are very polite and welcoming.
By using the website booking I was unable to attain the corporate rate applicable to the MCA.

Great room, cost reasonable, modern
Great room, except placed beside rooms with screaming kids until 2 am, no interest from staff, even though they had numerous complaints

Spacious room.

not enough pillows in the room - they the three pillows on the double and single bed were rather thin, only an additional two pillows of the same thickness. Shower Gel was empty after only 1 small use

High Standard of room Courtesy of staff obviously well-trained in customer care
LATE NIGHT NOISE FROM OTHER GUESTS. No signs to ask guests to be quiet after midnight, or any control of corridors. You will lose returning guests if you do do consider this issue. Please respond as I would like to change the next question from No to Yes

I would have liked to have been informed prior to my arrival about the high rates for parking. Whilst the car park was a covered place to park I did find it quite expensive. Great Room, clean comfty and suprisingly spacious, most enjoyable. it would be Very good in the above but this was not available
Nothing, although no fridge which is always handy to have even if not used and biscuits with the coffee and tea selection would,ve been nice along with complimentry bubble bath and shampoos in bathroom.

Jurys Inn Southampton, Southampton - Reviews & Ratings"But am sure had i said something the lovely (Lisa)(sorry didn't get her surname) who was duty manager at the time of our arrival who I am sure nothing would have been too much trouble for her. She made our stay lovely and stress free. Then was there to wish us a safe journey home the next morning and even took the trouble to ask if our night at the Guild hall had been successful. I think this lady is a credit to the hotel and I wouldn't think twice of booking here again" (97927584)

The attitude of the staff - all extremely pleasant and helpful. There was a pleasant ambience.
Did not particularly like the bar area. However staff were very pleasant.

Clean.
Too much traffic noise. Air conditioning wasn't switched to cold and no instructions evident in room therefore we were far too hot as the blowers blew hot air all night. Restaurant was expensive and service was very slow. Bar prices were extortionate! Room was very basic for the price.

snacks, good value for money
main meals, presentation needs work. Tuna ordered and looked totally bland. Also steaks ordered didnt come with onions as stated on the menu! Check out days woken by "cleaner", surely they have list of rooms that are checking out that day.
