Hilton London Tower Bridge, London - Reviews & Ratings"Very easy to get to; use the tube, overground, Thames clipper or walk along the South Bank like we did! Made very welcome at check-in desk, we were too early for check-in, but we carried out a pre-check in and were immediately directed to the concierge to store our luggage prior to going to our concert at the O2. We also were very pleased to receive an upgrade to our advertised room and stayed in one of the executive rooms which was a fantastic surprise. Very quiet, sound-proofed rooms made a big difference to our stay, as did an extremely comfortable bed (which I am now realising is hard to find having stayed in many hotel rooms over the last few years). I can't fault the room nor the staff, we will be back!" (107967348)
Comfortable, welcoming, attentive, good quality of cleanliness, high standard of room decor and facilities. Easy transport. Good value.
Could maybe do with better complimentary tea tray - e.g better biscuits/drink selection, but now I am being really picky!

Beautiful room and bathroom - superbly decorated and absolutely nothing to fault.
Could not swich off the aircon completely so the fan was whirring all night - may just have been my technical incompetence.

Rooms are fitted to a very high standard, queen size bed, lots of pillows and cushions, good size room, room service were efficent and delivery was prompt.Very good rate for such a great hotel. Very high standard, the best Hilton I have stayed in, great check in staff, very friendly, not too croweded, highly recommended at the price
SMoking room was abit smokey, although I asked for a smoking room, better ventilation should be provided, or access to a balcony, this isa more genreal complaint against hotel smoking policies

Hilton London Tower Bridge, London - Reviews & Ratings"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and our room was modern with a very comfortable bed. The location was ideal for us as our conference was just across Tower Bridge. The room we had did not have a bath which wasn't a problem at all but when using the shower in the corner, we found that we couldn't help but get nearly the entire bathroom floor wet and then had to waste some towels trying to contain the flood. I must say that the shower issue did not spoil our stay in the slightest but it might be worth the hotel looking into a way to sort this out as it could potentially cause an accident. The only other downside was the price of the full english breakfast - it was over the top and we elected to eat 2 minutes down the road at another restuarant for half the price. All in all - we had a very nice stay!" (97392876)
The staff were very friendly and helpful staff. The room was modern and had a very comfortable bed!
The shower! The shower itself was fine but as it was in sort of a wet room style the entire floor got soaked and we needed to waste a fair number of towels to mop up the water. Also we felt that the breakfast prices were a bit over the top - we had a full English 2 minutes away at a Restaurant for half the price.

It's in a very good location, close to the station, restaurants, night club, London Bridge, Tower, Cafes, and super market (Marks & Spencer)etc. The only problem we had was the mini bar wasn't working therefore we were charged for using it when we hadn't. But they did sort it out for us straight away. We will definitely stay there again!!!" (97074334)

She is spanish and very helpful and knows her job very well. Also at the restaurant, the staff are very friendly. Hotel in general is very close to tube station which is very good. My room was very nice and i have a good view as well. Room was well kept by housekeeping.
I did like everything in my room and couldn't find anything i dislike.

Clean, spacious and comfortable.
Noise from hallway and room through adjoining door. We were in a room for the handicap so the shower was just one corner of the bathroom with a shower curtain. The water from the shower came all the way out in front of toliet and sink.(Slippery)
