"I would have liked to have known better how easy it was to find the hotel, by foot with heavy cases. Venezia is an expensive place, hotels etc. and I feel we had good value for Venezia. The gentleman on the reception in the mornings was very helpful and knowlegable about cost,transport, directions etc. other staff should be trained by him. He is a real asset to the hotel." The hotel is very near the station, water bus etc. The accommeodation is clean and fair for a small hotel particularly in Venezia.
The breakfast area was only fair.
