food was nice
could hear everything in the hotel and only had 2 hours sleep then had to drive home to england. main purpose of the stay was to have rest before continuing our journey however we got none.

Easy access and parking
Small room and tiny en-suite. Couldn't open the window because of smokers standing outside and letting the smoke drift in.

Very friendly, helpful reception. We welcomed the voucher towards the meal next door!
The bathroom door doesn't open completely because of the double bed. This might be difficult for people with disabilities?

HOTEL WAS BASIC BUT CLEAN, THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL, AND THE USE OF THE RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR WAS VERY GOOD.
ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL IS NONE SMOKING, WE COULD SMELL CIGARETTE SMOKE IN THE CORRIDOR, THOUGH NOT IN OUR ROOM

Even for an economy motel the room and building was extrememly cramped and claustrophobic. It was not like our previous stays in Premiere Class hotels across France. It has definitely coloured our impression of your chain.

it was without a doubt the most revolting hotel i have ever stayed in with en suite actually being what looked like a portaloo in the room...we had a triple room but if more than one of you was stood up at one time there was no room to move! the tv was not tuned in properly so you couldn't watch anything at all...there was only two small handtowels for the guest to you use..in a tree bed room!!! and last but not least this is advertised as a non smoking hotel with signs up everywhere saying so however everywhere smelt like an ashtray including our room and the rules were certainly not being adhered to by many of the guests!!

smokers were allowed to stand at ground level at bedroom windows and front door and the window could not be opened for the smell of smoke getting into bedroom. breakfast was not worth the money paid.

The staff expected our arrival and were efficient, polite, and quick.
Relating only to the hotel restaurant next door in the Campannile hotel: There was only one vegetarian main meal option, which was not great, but if you don't eat meat, you are forced to take it. I thought that was very poor.

Good location.
Very small room, toilet cistern continually ran and no batteries in T.V. remote on arrival. Also specifically requested ground floor room but were placed on the upper floors having to use the stairs for access.

Staff were freindly and helpful. The hotel is ideal as a one night stop over either going or coming from the UK.
Frequent disturbances with the coming and going of people through the night; the hotel could do with sound proofing the rooms. Shower/toilet very small, could not swing a cat (we tried).

Relatively close to the ferry
Very small room. Could not even open the bathroom door fully because the bed as in the way.The car park was not guarded and the large number of asylum seekers congregating around the hotel grounds was a big concern... I was really glad to find the car in one piece in the morning.

This hotel is an excellent value for money room, Very clean, very quiet.
No bad points really, only thing I would point out is the size of the room is very small (2 beds 1 over the top and bathroom like small caravan and no wardrobe) but if just stopping over night no probs.
