  good standard of hotel, but then that was expected with the price.

  Staff attitude was universally cold, reluctant to help, uninterested. Hotel tried to charge 50 euros to use the internet connection. That is free in most hotels.

  "The hotel which was only 3 months old when we visited, is ultra modern, bright and spotlessly clean. The staff work very hard to help you and attend to your every need! Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves but it was a shame that the pool fountains and jacuzzi's did not always work. It seemed as though the rest of the wellness area is not yet up and running. About 20 mins (walk) to the railway station and about the same to the historical centre of Padova. This hotel definately offers exceptional value for money and we feel very very lucky to have found it. We will recommend to friends and family without hesitation." (99527466)

  The warm welcome and friendliness of the staff - the modern and spotlessly clean room and public areas.

  Our room was on the road side of the hotel and the traffic was very noisy at times.
