The website was very helpful in finding an appropriate hotel for our needs. The hotel was very good value for money and very clean.
The only down side was that the hotel only gave us one face towel & one bath towel between three of us!!

Staff were not aware that I paid for this hotel on the internet so I have had to pay for my stay twice and now must go through the process of looking for a refund which is not acceptable

Brooklands-Grange Hotel, Allesley - Reviews & Ratings"Evening meal was delicious and dining room staff attentive. Our room was very well appointed, large and comfortable. It was on the front of the hotel but wasn't noisy. The breakfast choice- continental buffet was somewhat lacking in choice and variety for the price. A breakfast menu would have been helpful. We have stayed in this hotel before and have always found it comfortable, evening meals excellent and staff attentive." (107377532)

Good sized. clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom and shower.
The bed side lamps did not give enough light for reading in bed. And we could not get a good picture on BBC 2.

Bed on small side but nice clean bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast not included. Didn't bother us as we left early. Overall a nice place to stay" (97775172)

Brooklands-Grange Hotel, Allesley - Reviews & Ratings"I have stayed recently in hotels which have been triple the price per night of this one and honestly, this is a great hotel for the money. Nice atmosphere, quiet situation despite being close to major road routes. 20 mins from Birmingham airport (my normal travel!). Good tea facilities, clean bathroom, shower worked, heating worked, no guest noise at night (this is where a lot of hotels fall down normally for me!)despite being very busy second night of stay and England rugby on. Waitress remembered our breakfast order from the day before. I would be pleased to stay again anytime. Pleasant bar and sitting area. Did not eat in this time but menu and dining room looked very good to me - would do next time. Whole of hotel looked clean and tidy and had very good service. Able to park car. Enjoyed stay, would recommend, thank you." (97682846)

Brooklands-Grange Hotel, Allesley - Reviews & Ratings"My family had already been impressed as visitors to the Hotel, while attending an Event at the NEC, last year. On that occasion, we had stayed at a nearby Hotel but had been put off by heavy smokers, amongst business groups and indifferent Staff. At Brooklands, the Staff on duty, especially at evening Reception were most hospitable last year, as upon our arrival for our recent stay. However, my family found the 09.00 and 21.30 meal cut-off times rather tight, although, in this respect, we found the Staff to be understanding and resourceful. When returning at night, we found the entrance off Holyhead Road into the car park to be dimly lit. Altgether, the family found Brooklands Grange Hotel to be good value for money, strategically located, yet within a rural setting. The stay was a relaxing, enjoyable experience." (97207852)
Comfortable, well equipped and reasonably spacious bedrooms. The Public Rooms, including the Restaurant and Bar are very well presented and laid out, to offer residents a discrete ambience and charm.
The double bedroom on the First Floor was located near to a staircase, between floors and to fire doors that were the source of some low level noise, early in the morning. Perhaps some appropriate notices could be displayed to invite the consideration of other residents. If the window was left open, the slight hum of machinery, possibly kitchen fans could be heard. Do these have to be kept on all night?

This hotel was booked as a late room and the savings were fantastic for the quality of the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
On the Friday evening we enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. Unfortunately we were unable to be accommodated for an evening meal on the Saturday. Even being offered a bar meal would have been nice. We were attending Silverstone for the GP and this was the nearest hotel we could get at short notice, and as the tavelling was an hour each way, with an early start for 3 days, the last thing we wanted to do on Sat eve was go out to find something to eat.
