Freindly atmosphere and clean room with sea view.

They had dogs but they still kept the place spotlessly clean.

Clean, well organised small hotel. Proprietors extremely friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast!

A little out of the way for the main Newquay beaches. Ensuite shower/ toilet a little cramped (but eveything worked!)

"If you are lookign for somewhere to stay where you are guaranteed a clean, quiet room with staff always prepared to help you then book this place. I would heartily reccommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Newquay, or as a base to further explore Cornwall." (3304583917)

Everything was clean. Room size and storage was all that was required. Location was nice and quiet. Room had great sea views.

"Although we were only staying one night we were made to feel as welcome as if we were there for a week/fortnights holiday. The room was very comfortable and clean. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family and would definitely stay there again if the need arose." (3304380102)

Very friendly couple who did everything to make our stay pleasant.
