Definitely off the beaten track. Rooms in annex provide secluded accommodation.
Some rooms necessitate going outdoors to get to the breakfast room in the main house. Driving some distance may be necessary to get a quality evening meal.

friendly B&B owner great breakfast
poor water pressure - had shower on my knees with a trickle of water on both occasions we stayed at that B&B bathroom was not ensuite, rather down the hall

The owner was very accomodating and extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Quality of accomodation was top notch, with the room, food and facilities akin to a hotel.
