Easy access to Anvers Centraal
Toilet seat required fixing, Some lights did not work, Card failed to work on two occasions and had to be replaced. Having to pre-book breakfast time at weekend not too customer friendly. Both my cousin and I have contracted an infectious desease, no proof that this is the fault of the hotel but feel it is possible.

Nice staff, very good breakfast buff
The relax department was in very bad shape. especially the sauna.

The rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable even with the constuction on the street in front. This small place in the centre has a few extras tucked into the lower floor like a small pool, fitness area and solarium.
Parking is not accessible after 21:00 and nobody warned about it at check-in so we returned from working late at night and had to park in the street and then get up with almost no sleep to move the car in the early morning to avoid a ticket. There was only one person near the front desk, afternoon or evening, and guests are kept waiting in a queue for everything with even phone calls taking precedence over waiting people !!! The staff were very nice but one person is not enough. Key cards not activating elevator from fitness centre to return to main hotel floors(had to use stairs to emergency street exit and come around to front door since there was no staff to be found for assistance).

De Keyser Hotel, Antwerp - Reviews & Ratings"AIR-CONDITIONING WAS VERY OUTDATED AND LOUD INN COMPARISON TO OTHER HOTELS I HAVE STAYED IN. LIGHT SWITCH INSIDE THE DOOR WAS DAMAGED ALTHOGH IT WORKED ALRIGHT. OTHERWISE THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY." (99974118)
