The hotel was very quiet at night.The room was kept very clean and the food was good.
The only thing i didnt like was that the carpet in our room was a bit damp other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Service was impeccable. Rooms were clean and orderly. Good value for the price.
Facilites need upgrading, but were servicable.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Private garage.
Room was a bit too small and very hot (in summer). Could open the window at night, but nowadays it is not safe to open. People could step in while you are sleeping.

Great location, wonderfully friendly staff, and a nice clean updated room.
In my opinion, the room would have been too small for two people. Additionally, the towels provided were little more than hand towels. Finally, an in-room hair dryer would have been much appreciated.

The room looked very worn, bedspreads worn, blankets dirty, holes kicked in wall in bathroom, shower curtain had mildew.

We got 3 taxis to bring us back to hotel and none of the 3 could find it. Unfortunate that when you open your door that you meet the outdoors." (3304171516)
We were very disappointed that when you opened your door you were outside as we were in 2 rooms and it was extremely cold if you went from one room to the other. It was very noisy with a group of students staying also.
The layout of the rooms is not great for a group

Eurohotel -Sovereign- Saint Denis Basilique, Saint-Denis - Reviews & Ratings"Staff were friendly enough. Rooms are small but relatively clean. Bed was a bit lumpy. Limited faclilties. Without putting too fine a point on it, St. Denis is one of the less affluent suburbs of Paris. There was lots of dog poo on the streets too - funnily enough I didn't see a single dog. Plenty of kebab shops though (not sure if the two are related). Tram running outside the hotel can take you to Paris Gare de Nord in about 10 minutes. The hotel is positioned well for the Stade de France, but not too close to the St. Denis-Port de Paris metro & rail station" (2871739)

The room was very small, my nights's sleep interrupted by an annoying mosquito in the room - the shower head/fittings were broken, so I had to hold the shower head in one hand while trying to wash.

The hotel is clean, and my room was nice. The staff is excellent - friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a bit out of the way, in St. Denis, but just minutes from the Metro which gets you to central Paris quickly.

La location sur le net s'est faite rapidement
Le personnel n'était pas compétent. La chambre n'était pas prête à l'heure indiqué sur le net. La chambre donné, n'était pas celle réservé. Un personnel très vite dépassé. Une chambre dans un état pittoresque, des champignons dû à l'humidité sur le plafond de la douche. Un téléphone de service hors d'usage, lampe de chevet abîmé, moquette tâché, ainsi que les couvertures des draps. Aucune alaise sur les matelas pour y cacher les tâches. Trop cher pour la qualité du service et au vue de l'état de la chambre

réservation de la seconde nuitée annulée par l'hotel pour pouvoir accueillir un groupe!!solution de relogement tout juste acceptable dans un établissement de la meme compagnie(euro hotel) très éloigné(créteil) c'est intolérable de voir des établissements 2*/3* proposer des prestations et services pareils au prix fort dans une capitale comme paris
