L'accueil très sympa du jeune homme asiatique en arrivant, les autres l'était nettement moins.

situation de l'Hotel interessante tarif préférenciel attrayant contribue au rapport qualité/prix très correcte
aucun d'important, peut-être améliorer l'aspect un peu usé et pas très net du tissus qui recouvre les fauteuils de la chambre.

"Having booked the hotel well in advance I was shocked to recieve an email on the day of check in to tell me that the rooms were not confirmed as there had been a problem with the credit card used. Surely this had come to light a long time in advance! Having replied to the mail at the earliest opportunity with credit card details I was informed the hotel, and all others in the area, was fully booked. This caused me a great deal of stress as my staff were already in the city with apparently nowhere to stay for three nights. fortuanatley your staff in the hotel were able to resolve this problem, however this has left me reluctant to use this booking agent and as such your hotels in future."
