Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean, lots of choice of food at breakfast
Air conditioning didn't work very well, leaving rooms extremely stuffy. Had to ask to get the window open, as it was sealed for security purposes.

pleasant bright and comfortable
we were a party of 4, with 2 rooms, and 2 of our party squashed their fingers in the door of the bathroom.

Central but quiet. Close to railway station and town. Good parking facilities.
Air con not effective; inability to open windows. Breakfast: food soemtimes ran out before end of breakfast period, with no kitchen staff available.

Sign in towns poor generally - ok out of town. Room was fine - lots of places to eat locally and just a short walk away. clean modern multi lingual staff
air conditioning in room did not work and despite reporting was not fixed over 2 nights we were there. travelling with 6 month old baby - no facilities whatsoever. no way to heat bottles or food made stay v stressful and hard work. not at all child or family friendly

Clean modern hotel in town centre.
Ask for a room not overlooking the railway line. We were woken several times by noisy trains.

the hotel staff were very good all round, and the breakfast although standard was most pleasant. A full english would have been a bonus.
the bed linen was clean but stained, all tv programs were pay view, and we had to pay overnight parking.

Central Location
The lack of signs indicating the hotel and the absolute confusion that the parking generated the first time we used it. Some explanation prior to our using it would have been helpful.

Easy to find as it is next to the train station ( no noise from the station was heard at all). As a Brit with rudimentary knowledge of French this hotel was user friendly !" (3304362159)
Well located near town centre with direct access to the underground car park (had to pay 8 Euro's per 24 hours though). Reception staff helpful with English being spoken. The included buffet style breakfast was good.
There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors but , thankfully , not in the room.

The location is great right opposite the train station. If you are driving there aswell just follow signs for the train station ver easy to find.

THE ROOM WAS VERY COLD AND THE HEATING DID NOT APPEAR TO BE WORKING, WE WERE HOWEVER OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM. THERE WERE NO TEA bags AND COFFEE bags SUPPLIES. THE RECEPTION ON THE TELEVISION FOR ENGLISH CHANNELS WAS VERY POOR

the hotel was in the center of the town
No cold water which meant no shower no toilet from 16.00pm when we arrived until late afternoon the next day when we returned after a day out. on checking out it took a lot of negotiation to get a discount for that day, as my party had three rooms at a cost of 990euro's for the three nights I felt they could have behaved better. Hotel also very close to the railway station and you could hear the trains through the night
