  "Enjoyable but disappointed with room and addition of service charge" (107710052)

  Staff very helpful and pool area relaxing

  Upgraded room was not as luxurious as expected for price paid. 10% service charge should not be added to bar drinks, as customers will reward good service anyway

  "Pleased overall, but some room for inprovement." (107991609)

  The staff was VERY helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

  Air conditioning did not work properly for the duration of our stay. It was totally broken for 24 hours, then worked intermittently. There was some very loud banging type noises throughout the night and early morning both nights that disturbed our sleep. We believe the noise came from a service elevator that was close to our room, it sounded like a subway train coming by every five minutes. Also there was an ice maching on the floor below us but no ice buckets were available and staff were not able to provide us with one.

  "the staff tried charging me £300 gor a room that should have cost £156.I told them that they had the amount incorrect,they then so say took the payment of £132,which was totally wrong but i did not find that out until I checked out. We were then asked for a £50 payment and were told that we would get this back on reciept of checking out the naxt day. Totally wrong to believe that!! We got just under half back!! I am a lone parent with 3 kids,this was a rare break for me. I checked my bank Tuesday morning to get my tax credits out only to find that the hilton were trying to take £156.56 from me!! Daylight robbery,beware anyone that goes there. Will never visit again" (97265825)

  We had all the facilities we needed and it was clean and fresh
